The Altavista Area YMCA is pleased to offer many programs in
conjunction with Centra Health.
Cardio Pulmonary Rehab Program
Each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Centra
provides a cardiac rehabilitation nurse and an exercise
physiologist as part of a cardio pulmonary rehab program. YMCA
members pay a small monthly fee for this valuable service.
Centra Health also partners with the YMCA to provide classes and
seminars on topics of interest throughout the year.
